Terms and Conditions

ListenToMe is operated by BlitzApply, Pune, Maharashtra, India. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean ListenToMe and BlitzApply. By using ListenToMe, you accept these terms.

Who can use ListenToMe

You must be 13 or older to use ListenToMe. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and make any payment.

Your account

You sign in with Google, or with Apple on iPhone and iPad. One person per account, and one free account per person. Do not share your account, and keep your sign-in secure.

Your files

Only upload files you have the right to use. ListenToMe is for making audiobooks of books and documents for your own listening, where the law allows it. Do not upload anything illegal.

You keep ownership of your files. We use them only to make your audiobooks and to answer your Ask AI questions, as the Privacy Policy explains. Files are processed by third-party AI services acting for us.

Fair use

Every account, free or paid, has limits. One book can be up to 500 pages on Free, Lite, and Plus, 750 pages on Pro, and 1,000 pages on Max, and one file up to 200 MB. The Fair Use rules list all the limits.

These are not allowed:

  • Using bots or scripts that talk to our servers directly.
  • Using more than one account to get around a limit, such as switching accounts after reaching the daily limit. Every account involved can be banned without warning.
  • Reselling the service or the audiobooks it makes.
  • Trying to break or get around the service's limits or security.

Plans and payments

Plans are one-time passes that last 30 days. They are not subscriptions and do not renew automatically.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay and collected by BlitzApply, so your bank or UPI statement may show the name BlitzApply.

The Pricing page lists the plans and limits. The Refund and Cancellation Policy explains cancellations and refunds.

Mistakes in narration

Narration and text are made by computers and can contain mistakes, such as misread words, wrong pronunciation or skipped lines. Check important information against the original.

Changes and availability

How long a book takes can vary, and it can be slower at busy times. We do not promise that the service will always be available. We may change features and limits. The Fair Use page and the Pricing page always show the current ones.

Ending your account

You can stop using ListenToMe at any time. You can delete your account in the Android or iPhone app, or on the account deletion page.

We may pause or end an account that breaks these terms or the Fair Use rules. Refunds then follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, ListenToMe is provided as it is. We are not responsible for indirect losses. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top of this page changes. If you keep using ListenToMe after a change, you accept the new terms.
